Brad lives in Vancouver, Washington, where he maintains a tropical backyard garden. His plant collection includes hardy bananas, a hardy palm tree, Canna LilyTropicana, (a trademark name for Canna phasion, also known as Canna Lily Durban), Lucifer crocosmia, New Guinea impatiens, hibiscus, trumpet vine, and more. “We’ve sent many pictures out with our backyard as a backdrop and people ask us if we are in Hawaii,” says Brad.
